KESHA DROPS LAWUSIT AGAINST DR LUKE IN NEW YORK
Kesha is no longer suing Dr Luke at all. Earlier Kesha drop her lawsuit in California because she and her lawyer figure they wouldn't win and they have dropped the lawsuit in New York as well. Kesha is instead focusing on recording new music so she can get out of her contract.
Kesha has recorded some twenty eight songs at her own expense and has sent them to the label. If they refuse to release those songs Kesha will use that as evidence that Luke is trying to destroy her career.
